Q: Problems when downloading OS X El Capitain

I had some problems while downloading OS X El Capitain and was unable to install it properly. I had to reboot my computer during installation process. After I restarted the computer, I was unable to download OS X El Capitain again and install it. The problem is that I just bought a Magic Mouse 2 and it won`t work without the update. Big problem, very unhappy...

    Check your Applications folder and make sure that there isn't the previous OS X El Capitan Installer app there. If so, delete it and then try to re-download it (if the downloader exists on your system the App Store won't allow a re-download).
