How do I access the secondary buttons on the new Magic Keyboard?

Hi guys,


I just bought the new Magic Keyboard and I'm loving it so far. A call came in and immediately i hit the F10 button which traditionally is 'MUTE', but there wasn't a response on my computer. I then realized that not only the mute functions, but the other buttons like previous track, play, next track and other brightness controls were no longer available.


I have tried pressing Fn and together with the function I want, but to no avail. Any ideas?

I understand that your Magic Keyboard is not functioning the way you expect it to function. It’s possible that this behavior is affected by the app that you are using. More information can be found in the following article:
