Hi, my iphone 5 was locked on Apple ID activation after I upgraded the OS version.
I forgot my login information (the email and the password) for the Apple ID account because I created this account 3 years ago and I never signed to Apple ID or iCloud after I created the account firstly.
I have receipt that is my Iphone 5 and what can I do with this? with who I can talk? I have to unlock the Apple ID activation!

But I say that I didn't remmeber the email and the password so thats don't helped me.
Contact Apple Support and see if you can verify the purchase of your phone by giving them the details of your receipt. After that they might also be able to help you with your Apple ID.
