Q: Hello

I sent a message to Apple today as i needed assistance & they asked me for my number and they rang me and assisted me with my problem which they solved .

Thank very much .

I have been talking to my friend on how good the service is and she has informed me that i will have to pay a very big bill on my phone for this service , which i did not know would be the case .

Could you please conform for me if this is so as it very worrying what it will cost .

    You're not talking to Apple.  This is a user-to-user technical support forum.  That's something you'll have to take up with your phone service provider.

    Apple doesn't charge you on your phone bill. If they are going to charge you, they request a credit card.
