Q: Problem on Apple ID

My friend has a problem on her Apple ID where she couldn't sign in to her account. She tried to reset, but it showed the ID was not registered.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

Thanks! She just realised her Apple ID was replaced by the backup email. Weird case though. Lol.
