Mar 29, 2016 9:29 AM in response to rdbishopby MasterofApple,That is a glitch caused by the app "Booking.com". If you have that app, then delete it. You are not the first person to experience this bug. If you don't have the app, go into Settings>Safari>Advance and disable JavaScript.

Mar 29, 2016 9:54 AM in response to MasterofAppleby rdbishop,I removed Booking.com and did a hard reset and the problem didn't go away. I disabled JavaScript and then did another hard reset and still no luck.

This is an iOS issue that Apple is working on. Removing apps is not going to fix it. You're going to need to wait until Apple releases a fix.

Mar 29, 2016 9:58 AM in response to rdbishopby elcpu,This is a known issue and Apple is working on a fix. These articles summarize some of the problems with the current version. Booking.com is not the only culprit. While deleting it helps for some the problem is with Apple.

Mar 31, 2016 2:04 PM in response to rdbishopby joe_7399,Hello rdbishop,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
From your question, I understand that hyperlinks are not behaving as expected after updating to iOS 9.3. We know how frustrating situations like this can be and we want to make sure your devices are working as expected.
iOS 9.3.1 was recently released. Performing this update should resolve this situation.
If hyperlinks don't open in Safari, Mail, or Messages after updating to iOS 9.3 - Apple Support
Cheers!
