Q: I'm trying to log in to my Apple account using my Apple ID and password. When doing so, I get an error message stating, "The server failed." Help please

I'm restoring my phone using the setup tool and logged into my Apple account using my ID and password. After putting in the information, I get an error message stating, "The server failed." How do I get back into my phone?
