Is Apple really working on a fix for the broken links pblm in ios9.3?

After reading the many threads here about the obvious problem in the latest ios 9.3 upgrade, namely, that links don't work in a variety of apps and a variety of ways, I'm just asking: Does anyone know for a fact that Apple really is working on a fix?

It's clear to us disgusted users that one is needed, but I was also amused, a bit ironically, in the one message posted on one of these threads in which the poster copied the chat window he had with Apple Tech Support about the problem. In that chat, the Apple Tech Support person he was chatting with said the problem is currently Apple's #1 priority!

Of course, maybe it even is, now that the feds have announced that they no longer need Apple's help unlocking the San Bernardino terrorist's phone! Maybe now Apple really can and will turn their engineers' attention to fixing THIS screwup!

Hello gtomseeley,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

From your question, I understand that hyperlinks are not behaving as expected after updating to iOS 9.3. We know how frustrating situations like this can be and we want to make sure your devices are working as expected.

iOS 9.3.1 was recently released. Performing this update should resolve this situation.
