I use reminders a lot and have never had any problems with notifications until iOS 9.3.
Now when I change or acknowledge a reminder on any of my devices (iPhone 6s, Apple Watch, iPad etc). The button highlights and in some cases the reminder disappears but give it 10 minutes and it's back to it's original state.
They only seem to change or disappear when my Macbook Air is open.
What is causing this and how can I fix it?

Sign out of iCloud on all the devices
Reboot each device separately and then sign back into iCloud
This didn't work - now none of my devices sync
Exact same issue my man. Tried everything. After running through every possible solution with @AppleSupport on Twitter, they advised it may be a hardware issue. Highly unlikely as this just started occurring after installing 9.3.
**** it. It looks like another iOS problem. Getting bored of these now.
I hope 9.3.1 fixes it...

Nope it did not solve the problem at all It only seems to work with the MacBook and I am not prepared to sign out as I will lose photos etc... It also takes ages. There has to be a simpler solution Apple?
This was killer useful functionality which I can no longer use - grrr
I had the same problem with an iPhone 5S Apple said it was a hardware problem.They replaced the phone. I have a iPhone 6 and I have the same problem again. Reminders are going to all my devices but not my phone. Signed out of iCloud , Lost a lot of photos , Restored iPhone, complete mess with Apple Music Turned off reminders on all devices, turned back on, rebooted phone, All the things will get it to work, but it just breaks again.It is so frustrating because I rely on reminders so much. Wish I had a fix or a answer for you but I can't get or find one.
That's a ridiculous solution...as the other folks mentioned, it takes forever and there's a lot of data loss.
