when searching a website page using safari such as "Tesco" (example) I don't seem to be able to ping from that website to open a further website page.
also, I Cannot open a further website page when using the website top cash back. the desktop just jams.
i Am also experiencing the same issue when I am in my mail account using gmail. I cannot ping from the mail inbox direct to safari.
PLease could you you help me fix this very annoying problem.

Yeah, it's a known issue with 9.3 and safari.
some report some success turning going into the settings, safari and turning off javascript. Others have said that the opera browser works fine so you could use that as a work around until Apple issues a fix

Some folks have said that the Opera browser is working. It's a free browser you could install that and access your g-mail via gmail.com until things are fixed.
I'm afraid I haven't tried this out, my device doesn't have the issue (yet anyway)
iOS 9.3.1 is out today which fixes the Safari and Mail issues
