Q: Bootcamp drive in startup disks but doesn't appear in startup options ?

I'm running a 2012 Mac Mini, Core i5 3210M with a brand new Crucial MX200 1To and another 1To on a ST1000LM014 (not a SSD).

I've installed El Capitan on the Crucial and a Bootcamp partition on the other drive.

I can use the Bootcamp partition in Parallel Desktop, I can see it in the Startup drives in pref pane, but can't boot on it and can't see it in startup options (pressing alt key after booting the Mac)

When I restart after selected it in startup disks in pref pane, I've an error : "no boot device available insert boot disk and press any key"
