Mar 29, 2016 5:40 PM in response to AJ397by skinthin4567,I couldn't remember one of my security questions, so now it locked the password change but you can still log in to the account. Can't get apple support on the phone.

They basically just told me I'm being hacked and there is nothing they can do for 8 hours. Then they'll let me reset my password after I've been cleaned out. Thanks. You know you are speaking to someone who is being hacked and you won't let them reset a password or lock an account or device. Brilliant.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user-to-user technical support forum. It sounds as if you can't verify that you are the account holder by answering your security questions. If you can't answer those questions, it's going to make it more difficult for Apple to help you.
