I see you're having some issues with sending and receiving email in the Mail app on your Mac. In order to get this issue resolved I suggest that you follow through the troubleshooting steps in the article linked to below.
If you can’t send or receive email on your Mac

Mar 31, 2016 1:35 PM in response to alex_h1by Jassy,Thank you. I checked the article and it did not address my issue I don't think. My issue on both my iMac and iPhone since upgrading to EC is I can't receive mail or either device. I get mail with no problem. I had previously done some of what the article suggested. And what makes it more confusing, when I do the mail preference checks I get that I am not POP and IMAP on all the accounts. Yet, some are listed as inactive others are not. When I try to adjust the settings to what the report says they should be, I can't. At least with iPhone I am thinking of deleting and establishing the accounts. With iMac, I just may use another mail client.
