Q: Are dating apps not allowed to be advertised on iad?

Hi,

I am trying to promote my dating app on iAd but all my ads have been rejected with the reason that "Due to the nature and rating of your app, we currently cannot approve your ad. Currently we do not offer a targeting feature for mature audiences." Does that mean all dating apps are NOT allowed to be advertised on iAd?
