Hi, since uploading 9.3 on my IPhone 6+, the phone works as before, however, when I open Safari or an email and tap a link/hyperlink the screen freezes and will not continue to the next site?? any ideas, can I go back an update ?

Unfortunately, that's a common problem.
Try disabling JavaScript under Settings - Safari - Advanced.
