Q: Something went wrong after deleting cache and cookies from Safari

Hey guys,

So yesterday I decided to clear cache and cookies from safari. After doing that I noticed that my youtube page is not loading properly. My avatar doesn't load up and so does the other channel I subscribed to. So I tried google chrome and the same thing happened. The video is not affected at all, it plays properly.

I've tried uninstalling/installing java, flash and quicktime. Also I upgrade my mac to El Capitan, hopeful it will solve the problem, well It did not. So I don't know what to do. Any idea or solution guys? Thanks.
