Unable to update or purchase on iphone 6s

hi i am facing problem with my iphone. I am unable to update any of he applications from app store also can not purchase anything from apple apps store. I am using iphone 6s iOS version 9.2.1, sometimes my mobile gets hang i reset my all settings and also i logout from my apple id and icloud but doesnt work. I have read all the solutions in the comments and i applied all but still the same. Please tell me the solution what to do?
