Mar 30, 2016 4:17 AM in response to janine201by OGELTHORPE,If you purchased your MBA from Apple (not a reseller) you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for an exchange or a refund. Apple store personnel should also be able to assist you in the initial set up of a new MBA.

The symptom indicates that the MBA cannot find an OSX. There MAY be a hardware problem with the MBA.
