Q: My iPad air2 wifi only no longer works on safari or mail all the links are broken
Ever since the last update my iPad Air2 will not function properly, all the links on safari and Mail don't work and as soon as you try to use them the screen freezes, I can use it for everything else including my solitaire game but it is useless unless I have the ability to Google or use safari or Mail, What, are you doing about this, the update wrecked my iPad ?? I want to by the new iPad pro on Friday but I am now hesitant as this is obviously such a big problem.
I am writing to you on my husbands old iPad mini as I can not even get to this page on my iPad air2 to write to you. I have googled this problem on this upgrade and I am certainly NOT the only one with this problem!

From your question, I understand that hyperlinks are not behaving as expected after updating to iOS 9.3. We know how frustrating situations like this can be and we want to make sure your devices are working as expected.
iOS 9.3.1 was recently released. Performing this update should resolve this situation.
