Q: Help for disabled Apple product users

Does Apple have a person or group that specializes is assisting disabled adults use Apple products?  I have an adult son who is mentally and physically disabled.  He can use an iPad really well, but he cannot start Airplay because of the fine delicate finger movement involved.  I am wondering if an Apple person could somehow assist us in his using Airplay.  I'm sure there are more disabled users with other Apple product usage issues, too.
