When I try to update my iPhone 5c and 5 s to 9.3, I get a message that the update can't be verified because I'm not connected to the Internet (though I am). After reading these comments on 9.3, I think that's maybe a good thing. I guess 9.3 is not compatible with iPhone 5 c or 5s.

Interesting answer. However, when I connect my iPhone 5s to iTunes, it tells me that iOS 9.2.1 is the correct software for my phone with no updates available. What gives with that?
Did you delete the update that was already downloaded on your phone? If you did and you're still having issues, I don't know how to help you. Hopefully someone else does 🙂
