iPhone 5S freezes during iOS 9.3 update

Started iTunes and it showed me I can update my iPhone 5.2 from iOS 9.2.1 to 9.3. I started and then iTunes just showed that some unexpected error (9) has been occurred. Now iPhone shows me a black screen with logo and update progress bar frozen on 0%.

I tried to restart it, iTunes suggests to restore it and then the problem re-appears. The same unexpected bug and no progress. My phone became a brick now! How to fix it?
