How long does it take for RSS feeds to Refresh?

Been a couple days and our site still shows OLD data. How do we force Itunes U to show the newest data from our hosted RSS feeds?

Also, why doesn't Chrome launch into iTunes U anymore like Firefox does from the link we post on our site? Is there a fix?
