I updated to the ios 9.3 version and now the links in safary and other apps are not working and crushing my iphone 6!!! solve this please!!!

Max, this is a user to user forum and we cannot fix bugs, only Apple can do that. As you know by now, there is an issue with links in iOS 9.3 and Apple is working on a fix. A new version of the iOS should be available soon. This article summarizes some of the problems with the current version. Disabling Javascript in Safari helps but this sacrifices functionality with the web browser. Downloading a different browser like Opera has helped others (not Chrome as it behaves the same as Safari). I recommend waiting for the fix.
