Please do not post your email address in a public forum, unless you want a ton of spam.
You'll need the USB cable that should have come with the iPod.
You'll need to tell us what exact model iPod you have as there are around 30 different iPods. The [1.3] is not really enough to identify it.
Never mind. All iPod classics use the 30 pin USB cable like this one:

"iPod 1"? If this is the (original) 1st gen iPod from 2001, it has a FireWire port. You need a standard FireWire cable with 6-pin ("400") connector. However, your PC needs to have a FireWire port. There is no such thing as a USB to FireWire adapter or cable. If you see one being sold, it is a scam (and may cause damage if used).
If your iPod is not the 1st gen model, please post back with the actual iPod type.
