Does somebody know this problem?....reboot doesn't work, usb-keyboard isn't working and this screen freezes...

Have you tried pulling the power cord and letting it just power off and then try powering it back on?
i don't know which version is installed...it is a collegues imac and it was standing in the corner for about 3 months...
and yes i have tried it to reboot it that way....but i don't find anywhere a similar problem or even this type of screen....

Well you can attempt to start it in the Recovery Partition assuming it has Lion or later installed. Hold down Command + R on startup and see if it boots into the recovery partition. Then run Disk Utility and run either Repair Disk or First Aide, which one you run depends on the version of OS X installed.
thanks for your advice...but the usb-keyboard isn't responding at all and so i don't know how to do that without pressing any key.
but what is this white stripe bar named? i cannot search for the solution, because i don't know what kind of problem this could be?

I suspect a hardware failure of some type, I've never seen that bar before. Depending on the computer age either take it to an Apple Store (free diagnostic) or an AASP. If you don't know where to find either please click https://locate.apple.com/country
try unplugging the usb-keyboard then reboot
if you have a backup of the computer you can transfer it to a cd, put the cd into the computer then boot
btw, do you have another iMac? if you do, try testing the keyboard with that mac

Another thing that occurred to me, is that you mentioned the computer was standing in the corner for 3 months. If it was not plugged in during that time the PRAM battery may have died. If that is what occurred then the computer won't boot, however all that is needed is a fresh battery. This is not a user replaceable part though so it still requires a service trip. When you take it in, make sure they know it was working okay prior to being left in the corner for several months and that it was unplugged. Any bright tech will know to check the PRAM battery.
