Microphone does not work since updating my iPhone 6 with new update?? I have to put my phone on loudspeaker so that people on the other end can hear me? So microphone works when on loud speaker? Any ideas?? Thanks

Thank you for the reply ferd but I have tried this and it's still the same. I have tried to live chat to Apple but that does not seem to be working? the microphone works on loud speaker and Siri works also, it's just when I am on a phone nobody can hear me at all so I have to put it on loud speaker. Thanks for trying to help
