Impossible to run OS X SERVER

HI

I setting file sharing on my server ( on my local wifi lan )

then in mail setting I add OS X server account and enter my credential

but when I try to access from my ipad from Pages for example, this error occurs

my ipad is now on the same lan, but I woild access from internet also
