This is an issue that you will need to follow up with you telephone provider, this is something that occurs on their systems.

Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID > ON
You can either call your carrier or go online to their website and go to manage your account and settings which will lead you to your caller ID options. You can choose if you want your number to be blocked or shown and you might even have an option where you can put in a specific name to go with your number like I did. I hope this helps. It is a very easy and simple solution.
