I already activated my iphone by selecting India at my setup. Now i want to change my country or region to use some applications which are not available in indian store. Can i change my country in apple ID from india to KSA. Will that make any problem if i again want to change in future? also what will happen to previously installed applications which was downloaded in indian store? I didnt make any payment options in previous ID as well.

The drawback from changing countries is you won't see the items that you purchased from the previous country’s store in your Purchased section.
Is that a problem? also can i change again wen i want to right?
Changing your country is more complicated than a menu selection.
Your billing information & Apple ID information must match your country.

I would not be able to change my country. I do not have a billing address or credit card for a location outside of my country. The system is designed to allow users to move their Apple business from one country to another if appropriate.
It is not designed to allow users to switch countries simply to get apps or services that are not available in their actual country of residence.
