Episode not appearing on store for a week

Hi there,

My podcast is: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/colossalcast-drum-bass-podcast/id1076443810? mt=2

My feed is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/PodcastsOfficialColossalReactionWebsiteLondonBasedDj AndMusicProducer

A week ago I posted my latest podcast episode. It is appearing to subscribers but not on the store. I understand it can take a couple of days for the store to update, but a week seems a little long.

Since uploading the latest episode, I have changed the artwork for the podcast. The new artwork is even up now which I imagine means they have scanned my feed already?

Any help would be most grateful.

Episode 6 appears when subscribing, so evidently the feed is OK. There have been reports recently of the Store failing to update odd episodes. You should contact Support and ask for a re-index - this should solve it for this episode, though it may possibly happen again. Goto https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

This is an unrelated issue. Firstly the feed URL you give is not the one being used by iTunes: that is

http://jrmygstn.com/rss/relatable-feed.xml

Secondly, you have introduced a fatal error into your feed. Its very beginning reads thus:

s

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<rss xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd" version="2.0">

You are not allowed anything before the '<?xml version...' so you need to remove the 's' and the line break which follows it. The Feedburner feed, which is drawn from this one, has the same error so correcting one will correct the other. If you want the Store to use the Feedburner instead you need to tell it to move, using the process described here:
