Q: How do I get Siri to work?

Especially the sections:
If audio from video recordings sounds faint, or Siri can’t hear you, make sure that the microphone near the iSight camera—on the top, back corner of your iPhone—and the receiver isn’t blocked or covered.
If you've tried these steps and people still can't hear you on phone or FaceTime calls or Siri doesn’t hear your requests, contact Apple Support.

Mar 31, 2016 9:07 AMby SoullessBilly,I know this. Siri does not hear me at all. I was just using the "hey siri" as an example. When I hold the home button and talk she doesn't hear me then either. I believe it's a mic problem and is what the other two people that replied were getting at as well. Thank you though.
