How can I move SafariForWebKitDevelopment Back to Original Location

I have a nightly build folder stuck in my Trash. How can I either delete it or move it back to its original location? It is currently on my desktop in a folder named {Safari 5.08.38 PM}.

Notification I get when trying to delete the folder is {The operation can’t be completed because the item “Safari 5.08.38 PM” is in use}, this happens even when Safari is not running.

Any help is appreciated.
