Try running this program and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read.

Apr 2, 2016 3:37 AMby Elcorbs,Eric, I tried all your suggestions and nothing helped. Just thought about trying my old Samsung tablet to see if the issue had something to do with my router. The tablet would not work, Used my phone as a hotspot and my Macbook connected immediately. Now I see that I have a problem with my router that I must resolve. Everything works except for the Dod reservations. Thanks for your input!

Apr 2, 2016 8:29 AMby Elcorbs,I just tried this suggestion and it didn't work. Like I said in the previous post, it has something to do with my modem and router. I am using an Arris Surfboard with an Apple airport extreme on Comcast cable. It is an older model AE. I have tried different set up combinations, but the results are the same. The problem started with the installation of these 2 components when i returned the leased component to Comcast.

Apr 8, 2016 3:42 AMby Elcorbs,I contacted Comcast using chat. They see nothing wrong with my internet. I tried connecting to the link using my iPhone connected to the wifi and it wouldn't connect. Turned off the wifi and it connected right up. None of my browsers make any difference. Just trying to ensure my airport extreme is set up correctly.
