I want to set a Sticky Include in Shuffle for my podcasts

Is there a way to tell iTunes to always set new episodes of a podast to be included in Shuffle?

I have created a smart list with all podcasts that have not been played. This list is then used to autofill my shuffle. Problem is I always have to go and select all podcasts for each Subscription (which has new casts) and update include in shuffle. Why can't a set a subscription to always set include in shuffle for new downloaded episodes. I only use my Shuffle for podcasts (so far) and not for shuffeling "the intended" way.

If this is not possible, please update iTunes. The best would be to be able to individually set this for subscriptions. A checkmark under podcaster which applies to all podcasts is also acceptable.....
