Q: Can I change the passcode for my phone on a different device?

the touch on one side of my phone is not working, and part of my passcode is on that side therefore I can't go on my phone. Is there any way of changing my passcode on a different device so I can use my phone for the short period of time before it is fixed?

No, there isn't.(nor should there be; that would be a huge security risk).
