Q: iPad 2 willl not connect to AT&T cellular network since Software update
My iPad 2 will not reconnect to my AT&T cellular network since the latest software update 9.3.1. It says "No Service" in the upper left corner, where the cellular info is usually displayed. I can connect to wi-fi, but not cellular. My AT&T account is active and up to date.
After I did the installation of the update, I activated the iPad and used it for a brief time, until it went dark and would not come on. I noticed then that the cellular was not working. I connected to iTunes on my computer, and after I was finally able to activate the iPad, and back it up, it still would not connect to the cellular network.
In Settings>General>About under "Network", it says "Not Available". Under Carrier, it says "AT&T 24.0. How do I get my iPad reconnected to AT&T?
