ios 9.3.1 fix update does not work

I updated my iphone 6 this afternoon with the new fix that apple posted for ios 9. The new update, ios 9.3.1 is supposed to fix the bugs in apps, but it still doesn't work! The links are still corrupt in safari, and my photo gallery, videos, and instagram all still close without warning.

I think I would have held of on my iPhone 6s but I spoke to a Technician last Sunday from Apple and he's calling me back Sunday cos he couldn't get it to work , and he advised me if onetime in the meantime to install it, plus it wasn't working as it should ve on 9.3. But got an old iPhone 5s so for the moment I think I'll leave that incase I revert back temporary.

I cannot update any apps on my iPad; the download starts then I get error message that the update could not be downloaded., and when I watch video from HBO, Showtime, Netflix, ... after about 10 minutes it just freezes up.

I have reset my network settings, logged out of iTunes Store and back in, hard reset, soft reset, and nothing works, Been a miserable experience the last 2 to 3 weeks.

Sorry, I have not figured out a fix yet, and I have 24 apps that I cannot update, sketchy streaming on a super fast home network. It is a joke that Apple has not come out with a fix yet. They probably want everyone to buy new devices since their stock market numbers are not doing as well as they have in the past!

I am having the same issue. Called tech support and they could not resolve it. Went to the Genius Bar yesterday and they had never seen anything like it. After four different tech peeps and a restore on my iPad and still the same issue. It has been escalated...when they called I was unable to take the call. We are now in the process of getting a scheduled time for tech support to call. I have four devices running iOS 9.3.1 and all of then do what you describe. You go to settings/icloud and bam, it closes and reverts back to the home screen. However, my iPhone 3 running iOS 6.1.6 is good to go.

I have Had several phone calls with Apple My ☎ and mac are covered by applecare protection. The conclusion he's come up with (The Senior Advisor) is it has something to do with my account. He spent about an hour taking files from my mac and iPhone and the Engineers are also working with him.He has given me a Temporary Password for My  ID and asked me to use that because apparently the engineers are all using it. Its been over a month now since this problem has been going on and the fact that the Apple Guys don't seem to be coming up with answers to the problem isn't really instilling any faith them. But I hope they'll sort something out soon because since IOS 9.3 it hasn't worked for me and thats over a month ago. It makes me wonder , how they're heading.

Lucky you! I am still experiencing the same issue on all four devices. Worked with Tech support April 29 and went through suggested trouble shooting steps that the engineers requested. Still no resolution. Uploaded my iPhone 6s files for engineering to trouble shoot and as of May 6, still no resolution. Interestingly enough, we were unable to provide a test account as paulfrombarry was able to do. I can't even get a new device because it does the same thing. Are any of you (actually were) mobile me users? I was. Also kept my @me email address. I am sure the engineers are looking at the commonalities of those of us that have contacted tech support. Just curious.

ChathamScott I hope your good fortune shines down of all of us!

Mine has finally been fixed . I got so fed up I wrote an ✉ saying about my disgust that the engineer were sent files from my mac and a fortnight had passed and I still hadn't heard anything from . . Two days after I sent the email I tried again and everything was normal, but still nothing was heard. I sent another email to the technician, and he replied he'd closed the case and I could change my password. As he'd given me a temporary one so the engineers could have the same and work on my mac. But he maintained that he still hadn't heard from the engineers , but it must have been my account. I am still annoyed in some ways that there has been no contact made with me since the fix , except the communication I had made. Still I can't say to much , because, since it was to do with my account and iCloud effected my full use I was refunded 2 months of  Music that I'm subscribed to.
