Q: Yet Another "Can't Download Episodes From Your Feed" Error
I hope someone is paying Roger Wilmut1 good money. Here is my sob story:

Your top episode (which is the only one they will check) works OK when subscribing manually in iTunes, and the media file plays in a browser as it should. CastFeedValidator raises no objections to the feed or the media files.
The only issue I cvan see is that the URL begins with https (secure connections) instead of http. It used to be the case that the Store couldn't handle this, and so it would cause a submission failure; more recently it appeared to work. However I would change it to be on the safe side - you can't just change the URL in the feed because it will revert back to https, you will need to change the server setup.
Your second episode is on a different server, the Amazon one; this works OK when subscribing but I don't know how well it will with the Store - however this won't affect the submission process since they won't check it.
Have you tried validating the feed at Podcasts Connect? - do you get any sort of error message there? The process, if you are not sure about it, is described here:
