Q: Is anyone else getting an error message at Activation, saying the email address (Apple ID) cannot be used to activate the iPad?
After installing ios 9.3 on my iPhone 5S, I had no issues. When I installed it on my iPad 2 and reached the Activation screen, I received an error message saying that the emal address cannot activate the iPad. I am using the very same Apple ID (email address) that I used with my iPhone, that I use to login to iTunes, that I use to login to icloud. I have tried to restore several times but still have not been successful. I have tred to Activate my iPad via iTunes and have not been successful. I am at my wit's end. Any help will be appreciated!! Thank you!
