So i have an iphone 5 and my carrier was stuck in searching...i tried to restore and update but then i got stuck in recovery mode because in restoring/updating iphone firmware cant be completed it just gets stuck and then a message pops up and says unknown error...any solutions???
i also tried to update to 9.3 and then 9.3.1 but same error
