Loaded new iOS for ipad2 now Bluetooth headphones is not seen by iPad even after rebooting.

BBluetooth headphones I have been using with my Ipad2 is no longer seen by my iPad After installing new iOS. Also had to load iOS thru iTunes on a Windows computer because Apple Mac desktop comp says it's iTunes is not compatablle even though it is the latest version. I hate the update! Help.

Hi Karl,
I understand that you are having multiple issues with your iPad. Let's see of we can get this worked out.
Let's start with the first issue, pairing your headphones. Now if you have restarted both your iPad and headphones and they still aren't pairing, then you will want to remove the pair and set it up as if it was the first time. Take a look at the article below to go over troubleshooting this further.

Now as far as your ability to use your Mac to sync and upgrade, it could be due to you using a previous version of OS X. If you look at the next link below, it will tell you the system requirements for installation. If you are not using at least OS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion, then you will need to update to that or OS X 10.11 El Capitan.
