A red faded spot Appeard on the top right corner of my iPhone 6's screen. Is their a fix? What might have caused it? Os there a risk it my spread or worsen?

It's most likely some damaged pixels in the screen. Something like this shouldn't "spread" across the screen, so if it doesn't bother you that much, it should be okay to just leave it for the time being.

If you are bothered by it (or for some strange reason it gets worse), I would suggest booking in an appointment at an Apple Store for them to have a look at it for you. They will be able to arrange a repair if necessary.
