How to reset iPad

Hi there, guys I'm at my wits end. apple support has been unable to help me reset an ipad...2day is day9. Someone, anyone pls HELP!


iPad wants the appleID used to initially setup the iPad, but won't recognise the appleID I used to do this?

After setting up up the iPad, I setup a new appleID for the rightful owner, I suspect that this is the appleID now being requested. Problem is, owner can't remember...


I'm sure at least a few people have had this problem before...?

If you are updated to the latest version then you can ignore the initial link below, otherwise the issue could be that the Apple ID that was used was changed and then the original email was used to create another email. Apple senior advisors as well as iTunes support are able to see this in there systems if that is the case. Here are the articles that I think are relevant to your situation.
