Apr 1, 2016 5:03 AM in response to enzo.velezby freemanray,If you are updated to the latest version then you can ignore the initial link below, otherwise the issue could be that the Apple ID that was used was changed and then the original email was used to create another email. Apple senior advisors as well as iTunes support are able to see this in there systems if that is the case. Here are the articles that I think are relevant to your situation.
