iphone5 ios 9 has been activation lock i had brought it in second hand i have no contact to that person how could i remove that i had gave me 2years back i have box and warantty bill with that how should remove that

You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

In the future go to https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ to verify if there is an activation lock before purchasing a used device. At this point only the original owner can remove it.
