Q: How do I RESTART the initial setup of Apple TV Gen 4?

Super excited to use my brand new 4th gen Apple TV, but as I fiddled with the new remote I pressed the wrong button now everything is in Chinese! Need help trying to RESTART the initializing process.

Apple TV (4th generation), iOS 9.3.1

Easy - hit the menu button over and over until it backs you up to language selection.

Could try and do a reset of the device? Believe that does a factory reset.

Just found this, might help if you have a iPhone/iPad:
Use an iOS device to set up your Apple TV (3rd generation) - Apple Support
Hopefully will walk you though the setup not in Chinese
