Q: How can i startup my iPhone without entering Apple id?

my bro sent me a iphone from uae. when i turned on this phone, its shown a prompt like "enter your apple id to get activated". but he can't remember the email or password. what can i do now? can i solve this without entering previous apple id? any body please help me. i'll destroy this phone in 10 days if this prob still running. so please, help me.

Unfortunately for this you have to have the information or he has to have it. There are no ways around this without the needed information.

You need to contact your bro and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
