I have a new IPhone SE and the dial tone and the caller's voice are very soft to hear. I have the ring tone and volume up to the highest setting. I spoke to apple and they got me to do a factory reset but this did not work??? Please help :-)

One option would be to return the phone for a replacement. If you purchased it from an Apple Store or Apple online there is a 14 day return period. If you purchased it elsewhere you may want to check on their return policy.
