Q: wi-fi list contains every network from every device I own for desktop computer
I noticed in my network prefs the "Preferred Networks:" list contains litteraly a hundred networks that "this" computer has "joined"
I don't know how that's possible, it's a 39.9 pound computer without the 3 extra drives and the monitor I would need to carry around with it.
so why does "this" show networks from my my phone, my significant others phone, family members iPads etc. when "this" computer clearly did not move in range of 99% of these networks.
If you wanted to spy on someone, this is some potentially diabolical $#!+.
Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), Dual Xeon 2.4, 64 GB RAM

I cannot state with 100% certainty but I think the quote below from Frequently asked questions about iCloud Keychain - Apple Support may offer an explanation:
iCloud Keychain keeps your Safari website usernames and passwords, credit card information, and Wi-Fi network information up to date across all of your approved devices that are using iOS 7.0.3 or later or OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later.
