Q: I've reset my security questions and Apple tells me the answers are now incorrect. I'm also told I've had too many incorrect attempts. Now what?
I went online to change credit card details and Apple INSISTED that I change a perfectly good password and then also the idiotic security questions. I always make a note of these things and even copied and pasted my answers in from the note I made.
Now I'm trying to change some other details and I'm told that my answers are incorrect. I've now also apparently had too many incorrect attempts to use these answers and am simply told that without giving me the opportunity to use the two stage verification process or the secondary email address to reset this nonsense. How long am I to be locked out? Why does apple not have a call centre that I can dial into? They have asked for my phone number to call me, which is an international number and they can't seem to get through to me.
Can anyone please give me some advice here?
Thanks in advance
Matt
